In response to Lakawon Island Resorts and Spa’s need to expedite the registration process, ensure proper accommodation of guests as well as to eliminate cash losses, Stratium proposed a hospitality management system that streamlined the resort’s reservation, accommodation, property management and payment processes, by eliminating redundant data entry making the processes simple, convenient and transparent to the guests as well as its personnel.

The reservation module was developed to eliminate the previous cumbersome process of repeated queuing, while the property and fleet management modules made accommodations faster and more efficient. The cashless payment module limited the accountability for keeping cash to fewer personnel thus encouraging better cash handling, and the mobile application module keeps the guests updated.  The system automatically produces multiple reports that satisfy local government and the Philippine Coast Guard requirements, and satisfies the resort management’s information needs to make better and well-timed decisions.

Order Management System

Mushu Bar and Restaurant retired their old Point-Of-Sale as its technical support is expensive, it’s non-intuitive design requires new user’s extended time for training and familiarization, and it’s features are limited to those of a cash register.

With further coordination and information gathering from its personnel in-charge of order-taking and of the kitchen, a very intuitive Order Management System that visually identifies customer seating as well as transfers, point-and-click ordering of food and drinks, special pricing for Senior Citizen and Persons With Disabilities, Bill Splitting, Inventory Management, ZReporting and Customized Period Reporting, was created.
The implementation of the Order Management System brought in two things that contributed to work efficiency – convenience and transparency.  The Order Management System, being web-based, is ready for use in mobile tablets, which Mushu Bar and Restaurant will be implementing next, that would definitely impress its customers.

Juan Ride is a popular online food delivery service based in the city of Bacolod. It is food on demand hence it is a very convenient way to satisfy food cravings. Stratium partnered-up with Juan Ride to develop a platform that would streamline the operations and customer engagements.

Stratium worked on the order management module. It is the centerpiece of the platform as it ties up everything. From order monitoring and delivery status — up to rider monitoring and statistics. Stratium also developed the restaurant and rider module to automate the receiving and delivery process.

QRUC is a company that engages in licensing technologies specific to public safety and private security. Working closely with security agencies, Stratium developed web and mobile applications to assist subscribers in need.

Bob’s, a popular chain of restaurant Negros Occidental, Philippines, was looking for a more flexible, extensible and user-friendly commissary management system that would optimizing production, as well as to provide proper accounting for materials spent during production, in a locally-hosted environment. The software solution that was created conforms to Bob’s production process as well as its customized reports and input forms. Among its features, the multi-level bill of materials and material substitution addressed Bob’s concerns in properly accounting the prepared food packs created in the manufacturing process. It also provided multiple access controls for information security and real-time statistical reporting and alerts that make Bob’s more efficient than ever.
